Joshua Kirschner currently holds the position of Senior Property Manager at Center Street Capital’s management entity, EBD Management Services LLC. Joshua oversees all management of Center Street Capital’s assets as well as other multi-family real estate in the Greater New-York area. Mr. Kirschner’s day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing all property financials, interacting with tenants and vendors, insuring properties run efficiently. Mr. Kirschner has a proven track record stabilizing under-performing properties by buying out tenant, renting and selling vacant units, negotiating contracts and leases, making properties more energy efficient and renovating units.

Mr. Kirschner came to Center Street Capital in mid-2013 with prior experience managing properties in Ohio, Maine, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His management portfolio consists of condominiums, rentals, commercial and industrial properties.
